Jack is a skilled Quantity Surveyor with over four years of experience in the construction and engineering sectors. His expertise lies primarily with Tier 1 contractors, where he has worked on a range of civil engineering and highway projects. Jack has been actively involved in the full lifecycle of commercial management, including the procurement of multiple packages, managing payment applications, handling compensation events, and cost reporting on the projects under his management. He also has extensive experience working with the NEC form of contract.

Jack holds a First-Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Salford. Outside of work, he enjoys playing semi-professional football.

Adam is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years of experience, having worked with Tier 1 contractors on a wide range of projects in sectors such as residential, retail, commercial, leisure, and heritage buildings. Adam is skilled in pre- and post-contract management, particularly with JCT and bespoke PFI contracts. Recently, he has been involved in the highways sector, working on the M1 NEAR scheme with the Costain team.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, and fishing.

Ryan is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 18 years of experience across a broad range of sectors, including hospitals, hotels, M&E projects, and social housing upgrades. Recently, he has specialised in high-voltage and civil engineering projects. Ryan is experienced with NEC contracts and proficient in pre- and post-contract management. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Reading University and is working towards RICS chartership.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys early morning fitness classes and attending family karate sessions with his sons.

Rebekah is a Quantity Surveyor with over 8 years of experience in civil engineering, having worked across sectors such as high-voltage cable installation, trenchless technology, water, highways, and chemical manufacturing plants. She thrives on understanding construction methodologies and finding opportunities to enhance project value. Rebekah holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, a CMI Level 5 in Management and Leadership, and is working towards RICS chartered status.

Outside of work, she loves travelling with her partner and two dogs.

Kayleigh transitioned from the oil and gas industry into highways and infrastructure, bringing seven years of experience managing complex projects. A standout moment in her career was leading the earned value analysis for Russia’s largest gas plant, a $2 billion project. Currently, she is an Assistant Commercial Manager on a £1.3 billion NEC Alliance contract. Kayleigh is a planner, problem-solver, and data analyst, constantly seeking process improvements. Academically, she holds a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering and an MSc in Management with Project Management and is working towards a Level 3 RQF in Project Controls.

In her downtime, Kayleigh enjoys line dancing, supporting Wolverhampton Wanderers, and visiting Chester Zoo.

Mike has been a Quantity Surveyor since the mid-2000s, working across various sectors within the construction industry. He began as an Assistant QS for a tunnelling subcontractor and most recently served as a Managing QS on the HS2 project, overseeing deep foundations packages valued at nearly £400m. 

Outside of his professional life, Mike dedicates time as a Special Constable with Warwickshire Police, responding to emergency calls. He also enjoys competing in sports, including triathlons and ultramarathons, but his favourite pastime is spending time with his family.

Ged is a Quantity Surveyor with eight years of experience, predominantly in the civil and infrastructure sectors. He has worked on projects involving bulk earthworks, road construction, and drainage and has experience with NEC and JCT contracts. His recent project involved marine sector work at Liverpool Docks, managing the construction of a new access road, HGV lorry parks, and a 25,000m² fibre-reinforced concrete slab.

Outside of work, Ged enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Connor is a Quantity Surveyor with 8 years of experience in the civils and utilities sector, specialising in water and wastewater projects. He has also worked on gas and electric projects, focusing on cost control and contract administration under NEC and bespoke contracts. Connor has experience working with Tier 1 contractors and is currently working towards RICS qualification.

In his free time, he enjoys exploring the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales on walks.

Jason began his career as an apprentice in the construction industry four years ago and has progressed to his current role as a Construction Planner. He manages and coordinates various projects, primarily focusing on MEP fit-out, residential, and commercial developments. He holds an HNC in Construction and the Built Environment, which has strengthened his technical expertise.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys football and gaming.

James is a Quantity Surveyor with over ten years of experience across various sectors, including facilities management, PFI, capital works, MEP, civils, and highways. He excels at providing commercial support to project teams, improving financial outcomes, and managing key aspects such as WIP recovery, cost control, and CVR reporting. His expertise includes valuations, subcontractor management, and handling compensation events.

In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with his two children and staying active through CrossFit, boxing, and gym workouts. He is also an avid reader and film enthusiast.
