Novo Consultants are providing full Commercial Management on Costain’s NEAR package of works, fulfilling the roles of Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor. Our role also includes the mentoring of a further team of 7 Quantity Surveyors.

The team oversees and undertakes the supply chain procurement, management of sub-contract packages, commercial forecasting and reporting, SMRs, and management of the notification, pricing, and agreement of compensation events.

Novo Consultants is also actively engaged in the procurement of future works and supports the tender process. We also presented regular commercial updates to the Costain Directors and the National Highways Alliance Leadership team.
